“Nothing behind a gorgeous name!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed December 21, 2013

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights.honestly I never recommend this hotel to any one at all.The first thing that I faced is lack of cleanness. The towels and sheets never changed .Breakfast was poor and the hotel is located in a difficult location.there was a little suna in the hotel that charge you 10$ !!! if you decide to use it.the staff is very rude ,the furniture is very old and tired. After all I give this hotel 1 star not more.

This is a fine hotel in a part of Istanbul called Aksaray. By tram you'll need 10 minutes to get to the Aya Sofia , Topkapi palace, Blue mosque.

we stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in 2 parts, 2nights before and 2 nights after a trip to antalya, and believe me, nothing was acceptable in this little, dirty, unfriendly hotel. most of the personnel were rude. I think the sheets never had been changed and the bathrooms and toilet seats never washed. the airconditioner and fridges didn't work. the restaurant was very small in comparison with the number of rooms and guests, and not clean at all. the quality of food was unacceptable. there are many little cheap hotels at that location, but it's the worst. it seems that this hotel has been a 4stars hotel previously (how? I can't imagine!!) , now it's a 3stars!! but frankly, I think there must be no stars in front of the name "Dallas Hotel"! there were a thick layer of dust on the tables, fridges, windows, everywhere. believe me, don't bother. never go even near this hotel. it's worst than sleeping in the streets!!
