The small hotel is very well managed, excellent location and very friendly. Always had a great stay . Beautiful terrace overlooking the Marmara sea. Very clean , great service. Comfortable and quiet. close to everything in the old city I will come back for sure.

So pleased we chose this hotel for our recent stay. It is only small but so well maintained and brilliantly located.
All the staff are very professional and friendly. Ilknur was on reception almost every time we passed through and was gave us excellent advice and recommendations for visits, getting around and places to eat.
An added bonus was the roof terrace which we were encouraged to use. it was lovely being able to sit up there in the early evening whilst watching the boats on the water.
We had an early departure on our last day and were given a packed breakfast which was very welcome.
Overall a great time and thoroughly enjoyed.

We chose Osmanhan Hotel based on the reviews of Tripadvisor. After staying, we understood those comments were right. Osmanhan is on the best location of Sultanahmet. It's close to sight-seeing spots, restaurants, bars and shops, but not noisy. The room was very clean and comfortable with full equipment. The breakfast we had on the roof-top terrace seeing Marmara was fantastic! We enjoyed well-selected olives, cheeses, vegetable, fruits, jams and drinks. And, we want to thank the owner Hamit and all the staff, who were very kind and polite.

Room Tip: the rooms on the fourth floor have a nice view

We stayed just a couple nights, but had a great stay. Comfortable rooms, attentive staff that gives you space. Good breakfast spread in the morning. On a quiter side street, close to everything in Old City, and close to transit to other parts. Our room was directly under the breakfast area on the 5th floor, so it got a little noisy in the morning when the early risers were up, but not too disruptive. AirCon was a plus as it was quite hot during our visit, and it worked very well.
Highly recommended.

We stayed two nights in Osmanhan Hotel, but we were very satisfied with the hotel. The room we had was smallish, just behind the reception, but nonetheless quiet, clean and with all facilities. We were offered to change the room (for a small price difference), but didn't do it since we just slept there.
The breakfast is fair, on a great terrace with view on the Sultanahmet and the sea.
Personnel is very welcoming and helpful with bookings and tips. Compared to other hotels in Istanbul, this is a very good option if you want to be in the tourist hotspot of Istanbul.

Room Tip: The room on ground floor is small, but still very good if you're not staying for more than one-t...

We stayed for three nights based on previous reviews that we had read on trip advisor and were glad we did. They organised an airport pick up for us and after check in gave us maps and a rundown of the sights and the local area. Our room was clean and furnished in traditional style, with good aircon and a nice bathroom. The breakfast on the roof terrace was excellent and also offered great views of the boats on the Bosporus. All the staff were helpful and friendly and made our stay an enjoyable one; I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Osmanham is a very good family run small hotel in the historic centre of Istanbul, a very short walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Topkapi Palace. There's a warm welcome and the rooms are very clean and cool (good, quiet air conditioning). There's a marvellous view across the Bosphorus from their roof terrace where we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast- omelettes, lovely cake, fruits etc and it's an easy walk to lots of good restaurants in the evening. I'd thoroughly recommend this hotel.
