“Tour guide Zerrin, made it all worth while staying in Istanbul”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2013

I knew Istanbul is the place where it all began but was not sure how I was going to go about and all, so friend of mine recommended tour guide in particular Zerrin, some how I got in touch with her and rest is history, I got picked up from the airport got checked in to the hotel of my choice..... and next 6 days was the most blissful of my life... all the history behind the palaces museum the entire Turkish history the legends of Ottoman empire was shown to me in such manner I can not forget....

I can not thank Zerrin enough for making my trip so amazing...

I will recommend anyone who wishes to go Istanbul so get in touch with her... she is one stop holiday tour guide from shopping to clubbing, to Grand bazzar....

thank you Zerrin will for sure come back again in near future...

A stunning location on the shores of the Bosphorus and beautiful room and lobby areas. It is one of those once in a lifetime kind of places, utterly special and memorable. The gardens / pool area are beautiful and one of our most enduring memories will be sitting on a lounger by the pool after breakfast, looking out onto the Bosphrus. However, keep in mind that the price can be eye watering.. I am use to spending signifcant amounts on a hotel room but even I found the prices being charged here bordering on ridiculous.. Service was good overall (they knew our names before we even exited the car and it wasn't even a hotel booked car!).

This hotel is breathtaking, almost like a dream. The view of the Bosphorus is stunning, and the grounds of this hotel are immaculate and peaceful. Our rooms were exquisite, and exceptionally immaculate. The baseboards looked as if they were detailed with a q-tip as there was absolutely no sign of another guest ever being in the room. It was even nice enough for Justin Bieber and his posse, as they were our next door neighbors during his concert in Istanbul. The hotel treated us like royalty from day one to day eight, and the Four Seasons Bosphorus staff forever raised the bar and standard to which I will hold other luxury hotels.

The Spa is a "must see" and I highly recommend the Hamam Couples Treatment in the private Hamam Room. Leave your modesty at the door and get ready go back to the times of the Ottoman Empire and have your body subs and scrubbed while laid out on hot marble stone. This treatment will stay fresh in my memory bank for YEARS!

We also enjoyed the BMW private car service to and from the airport. A bit pricey but worth the luxury, piece of mind and convenience.

Incredibly memorable stay, we will definitely return.

Comfortable room, even though if you are at the very end of the corridor, it's quite a walk to the lobby.

Great hotel, in particular pool and spa as well as swimming pool are really nice.

It's so comfortable you may just want to hang out in the hotel instead of visiting Istanbul!

I have stayed at this amazing hotel for 6 nights. Everything is perfect. However, they should keep its customers updated about important local issues. Turkey was facing serious security issues with some protests including police inforcement just in front of the hotel and the guests havent received any update or note about the situation. One night, during strong protests I was leaving the hotel and didnt receive any alert... unbelievable for a hotel like this!! Btw, the breakfast is TOO expensive...!

This hotel is located on the Bosphorous Sea with spectacular views from the terrace (and some rooms) of both continents and the maiden tower(an island with a small tower between the continents). The rooms are very comfortable, and the bathroom has gorgeous marble and a great tub. The service is impeccable as expected from a Four Seasons. You get free wifi in the rooms, fresh fruit daily and we were greeted with complimentary champagne and a room upgrade for our anniversary. Use the concierge as they are very helpful. We had a private tour guide for the sites which I highly recommend. The restaurants in the hotel are very good and the vistas at night of the Bosphorous Bridge all lit up are very romantic. All in all a fantastic hotel away from the crowded Sultanahmet area. Much more relaxing and gives the flexibility to explore other areas. Hint: Take a private water taxi down the Bosphorous to Bebek for a fresh seafood dinner in a quaint village.

Room Tip: Ask what upgrades are available when you arrive. If better rooms are available you will get a disco...

Really lovely hotel with the usual amazing Four Seasons service. It's situated right on the water, so you will end up spending a lot of time at the outdoor restaurant and the pool area so you can watch all the action on the river. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable! The hotel is a bit far from the main tourist sights, so you will need a taxi to reach them (traffic on the hotel road is often bad). We were glad to have already seen the sights in Sultanahmet while staying at a different hotel near Galata Tower. However, the Four Seasons is walking distance to Dolmabahce Palace (you should get there early in the morning to avoid the many different lines you have to wait in) and Ortakoy, and a short taxi ride to Nisantasi and other neighborhoods further up the Bosphorus. We were also able to take a 1.5 hour Dentur cruise on the Bosphorus round trip from the Besiktas port (a 5 min walk from the hotel).
