My friend and I took the cooking class in August 2012.
We had a friendly introduction round with the group and got into our cooking-outfits.
They explained the plan for the day and then we already started preparing and cutting.
The staff was incredibly funny and the group really enjoyed the class.
When finished with cooking, we were served on the hotel's roof-top terrace right next to the blue mosque. We had our dishes with nice wine.
We were 6 people in the group - a very good size for the kitchen.
The kitchen & tools were all very clean and the food well stored.
After the class we received the recipe of what we had cooked - Awesome!
The only miner problem we had was the payment, as I did not want to pay via credit card on their website (it's not even a https-page!), but as we were 10 days in Istanbul we came by and paid cash a few days before the class.
In general, I can really recommend this class!
