We stayed here for 4 nights and generally had a very pleasant experience

Pros:
-Great location: The hotel is located in the heart of the Sultanahmet district, and is about a 5 minute walk away from the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia
-Comfortable and clean room
-Turkish bath on offer
-Free welcome drink
-Friendly and attentive staff
-Great breakfast options: cereal, eggs, cold meats, cheese, jams and honey are all on offer. We particularly enjoyed the freshly baked croissants

Cons:
-Hotel Wifi is a little slow
-Noise can be a problem if you get a room facing the street, as there are many restaurants, cafes, and shops that remain open til late

Room Tip: Book a room away from the street if noise is a problem for you

Stayed here for two nights during our first stay in Istanbul.
Clean room and comfortable big bed with a beautiful view of the port and mosque.
Somehow the way the rooms were situated you could here the room next to us and their every move in the bathroom- which was almost humorous... The lady next door sounded like she was coughing up a fur ball!
Over all accommodations were nice and perfect for our one day of sight seeing!
Breakfasts were delicious and the male staff were quick kind and accommodating! Delicious dolmas.
Had read on trip advisor that the terrace restaurant was very good so we tried it out after after a day of sightseeing. While we went rather early -5pm there was one other table there- 3 servers were working and no one really acknowledged us for the longest time. When they did(after us flagging them down) they seemed almost put out to serve us. We ended up just having a cocktail and appetizer and going across the way to another restaurant that got better reviews.
While delicious food is important- service is equally as important...

Thanks to the hotel for a memorable stay in Istanbul!

Our transport bus did not arrive at the appointed hour - the bellboy - Sammi - went above and beyond trying to sort out this problem and contacted the relevant company and reported back regularly with updates.

Hotel staff were friendly after sorting out a problem with our booking. Room basic but acceptable, clean but not outstanding, location for tourist attractions in Istanbul is very good and made seeing sites easy. Turkish bath was excellent end to the trip.

A typical turkish style hotel. Located close to the Blue Mosque (10 mins walk) the area around the hotel is very happening with bars n open restaurants. The staff is helpful. Rooms are good but need some maintenance.
There was a leakage in my bathroom. Ome of the pipes had a leak. The hair dryer went off on the first day itself so had to b repaired.
They provide free water bottle only on first day of your stay.
The breakfast spread was ok. Nothing great about it. They even charge for making an omlet which is very strange.
Over all its a good hotel but can be better if they improve a few things.

This hotel is located in the heart of the tourist district in the Sultanahmet area. The rooms are small but I think they all are in this area. There is lots of night life on this street so if you don't like noise at night ask for a room away from the street. The hotel staff was great especially Dorina and Jasmin in guest relations. They were great at helping us get around town and tips for places to visit beyond the major sites. The breakfast staff provided great service as did the staff taking care of our rooms. The location of this hotel was great with the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi within a short walk. It was also a short walk to the Sultanahmet tram station.
