Had a dinner in late April 2013 there. Reasonable food & prices (about US $10 per person, no alcohol). Vibrant scene with lots of young Mongolian working professionals and young families. Food choices include a variety of both Mongolian and other cuisines (Chinese, European) and my local Mongolian friend told me the Mongolian dishes are authentic. Modern decor. Service is fairly slow as it is not a fast food place; English is spoken.
