“Quick Pic & Move On”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2012 via mobile

Easily located and covered in a matter of seconds.

Situated on a roundabout surrounded by shops, its nothing special. But worth a quick pic as its one of the things on the visitors map.

Include as part of a walking/cycling tour around the city.

“Disappointed”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 27, 2012

Nothing much to see. Just one stupa in a roundabout island. Overgrown with grass. Very near the US embassy which is a nuisance as it blocked one of the main access roads to the stupa. You can easily cover this site in 5 mins.

“Must see before leaving”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2012

That color or colour tells a story of survival now and hopefully forever. And the wine shop around the corner is worth browsing through for cheap and good French wines to take on a picnic.
