We stayed in Kabiki for two days in Jan/09. The property is very well located and is 10 mins walking distance from the main attractions (Royal Palace, Waterfront, National Museum). As well, the pool was great. However, we found this to be one of the worst hotels we have visited in terms of service (and we have been to almost a dozen locations in Asia in last twelve months). No smiles, no welcome, bad breakfast service (no eggs in the morning as there was no cook on all two days to cook anything on the breakfast menu), and worst of all, very smelly toilet (most likely due to faulty septic tant, i guess)..
In terms of service we sort of got the sense of it even before reaching there as we called them in advance to ask if we can get some assistance in terms of booking a taxi to Siam Reap and they outrightly declined saying that unless we are checked in, we are not their guests and therefore they could not help (even though we had confirmed reservations with them)...however since we had only two days left to go and would have lost one night charge,, we decided to not to cancel (a mistake) Overall, we would not recommend it to anyone..
