“Stunning”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013

Interior is filled with gorgeous frescoes -- as beautiful as anything I saw in Florence. Go, and bring your camera.

“Pretty but hey”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 23, 2013

Nagas abound at the Wat; perched on top of the only hill in town, at a lofty 27 metres. The Wat itself is like many others, but the inside is covered in paintings and decoration.

There is an impressive naga made of bamboo on one side, which lights up at night. It was a great place to sit in the cool shade and eat lunch.

“Not so exciting”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2013

It is nothing special compared to the multitude of temples scattered throughout South East Asia, but it's nice to wander around the only "hill" in town. A beautiful big naga made of bamboo leaves (I guess) was standing majestically on the Southern side.

“If short on cash, skip this one”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2013

while the entrance is only $1-$2 USD, if you're trying to save money this is where to save it. There is only one temple to see on top, everything else can be seen from below (you get charged at the top of the stairs). The temple, while pretty looks almost identical to other temples, including Wat Lanka, that are free to enter. Since the trees are so tall, there are hardly any views from above.

“Interesting Diversion”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2013

The Wat is surrounded by a lovely park and you have a chance to climb a small hill. The Wat itself is okay but small and not particularly inspiring inside (musicians sit on the carpet waiting for rich believers to pay them). Certainly worth a quick visit if you have the time.
