Not easy to find professional places in Phnom Penh but Quitapenas is one of them. Not really happy with decoration, not really happy with temperature inside, a bit heat, I need to say that food was not amazing but at least real and tasty: goat cheese, super. Red tuna with avocado, fresh. Lentils salad, provocative. And the best, tenderloin with Roquefort. Unique, really. Wine list suitable and service average. Which toilet is for men and women? Too noisy inside with inappropriate music selection -not really Spanish or whatever-. I forgot something: mint sorbet with white chocolate soup was a perfect farewell. And cost of everything, fair. Curiously many newspaper reviewed this place not in its reality confusing me when I tried to go there. Last comment: dishes came too fast!
