“Stunning little boutique Hotel a bit of piece and calm”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2013

An absolutely charming little hotel central to Phnom Penh and just down the road from the royal palace.
Small so not to crowded, really delightful decore presented with quiet elegance.
Large rooms / suites, well appointed with all the amenities you wouldexpect, Cable TV, safe, tea coffee facilities, DVD player, writing desk and Free WiFi.

Very nice pool tranquil and calming, Spa with lote of services for your enjoyment.

Breakfast served in the Cafe which has a modern design and a good level of servers and good range of menu items.

all in all well worth the money, do yourself a favour and if you are in Phnom Phen for a couple of days then seriously consider this place you will be glad you did.

I would book again if returning.

Room Tip: all rooms are good so don't worry about which one you get

We found this on TA and also met some people who had stayed who said it was good and everything about it proved to be fabulous - staff, service, rooms and lovely breafast. In additon there is a small but very nice pool area to relax in. We would definitely stay here again. We had room on the fourth floor with a balcony which you could sit out on but we did not use. The lift only goes up to 3rd floor so may be try and get a room on other floor. Not too far to walk to river (15 minutes) but better take a Tuk Tuk. Whilst we were there the riverside was closed for the King's funeral so we did not get to see that. Other than that nothing more we can add!

I would highly recommend. We had a 3 night stay here and would have been happy to stay longer. On arrival we were guided to a seated check in room, served a welcome drink and check in was then completed efficiently and in a timely manner. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Rooms had a high ceiling with air conditioning and a very large bathroom. Room turn down each night was much appreciated We had a couples spa and this was 1 hr of bliss and was such good value for money. Breakfast was included and was always very nice. The swimming pool was 25m in length and was great for doing laps and relaxing after a full day out. Staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly. This hotel was excellent value and If I were ever to return to Phnom Penh, this would be my hotel of choice.

On this our second trip to Phnom Penh, my wife and I decide to try out White Mansion, and were very well rewarded. The staff were very polite and helpful, the room was clean, spacious and lovely, spa was great and reasonably priced, and the location was near to the eateries. I would be happy to come back again at my next trip.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Beautiful decor, awesome service from all the staff, reasonable rates and great location.
Location - nice quiet street. It's not on the " River Front" , but honestly you don't want to be on the filthy, run down riverfront. 240 street is lined with kitschy boutiques and some good eating establishments. You can also walk straight up the street to The Royal Palace in around 10 mins. Tuk Tuks outside the hotel were all great operators, especially number 5 and Mr Tom.( might have been the ice cream and pizza that we used to bring them :)
Room - we were booked into room 310 for 3 nights. We loved the hotel we extended twice. Room 310 is a lovely large room with high ceilings, big well appointed bathroom, safe, nice toiletries, floor to ceiling wardrobes, comfy bed with great smelling bed linen ( strange but true) . Decor is simple, minimalistic and stylish. Each night your room gets a turn down service with divine little biscuits and coffee candy, nice touch. This room also had a small balcony that had an interesting view to the west. I was always finding something new in the view.

Service- impeccable and flawless from all staff. Check in was a great experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Spa - This was one area that didn't impress me. Facility it self was clean and smelt great. Chairs for foot massage were uncomfortable and the foot massage was lack lustre and just boring, couldn't wait for it to end. Also had a back and shoulder massage which was very ordinary compared to what I had been getting elsewhere for less than half the cost.
The Cafe- breakfast range was good, quality great, service great. Cafe atmosphere is a little sterile and school cafeteria like.
Rates- look they were a little higher than what we had been paying for good quality accommodation but by Australian standards this hotel would have been around $350 a night back home so we were more than happy to pay the rate. The place is awesome and worth every cent.

Beautiful setting for a stay in Phnom Penh. We thought at first we were not really in the centre of things but changed our minds. Plenty to do and see around us. Tuk Tuks were always available. We even hired one to take us to dinner and pick us up...5 people $5 round trip
4 of us had spa treatments and other than a little confusion at the beginning, the massages were good. 2 had relaxation massages and myself and sister-in-law had Indian head massages in our room. It was such a relaxing experience but I would recommend paying for it first and then staying put to continue to relax.

Hotel is spotless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included which was also very good. Rooms were spacious.

We just spent three very happier nights at this hotel and my only complaint is that we didn't spend longer there. The service was the best we've had at any hotel in the world...without exception every member of staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms were huge, comfortable and spotless, the food was great and served with smiles, and the pool was lovely. I can also recommend the Indian Head Massage in their spa. An hour of bliss. We were unsure how we would fair in Phnom Penh as we were with our 3 young children with the youngest being only 9 months. This hotel was the icing on the cake of our wonderful stay in this amazing city. We can't wait to come back! Thank you White Mansion!
