“Sensational”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2013

From the moment you enter this restaurant you are welcomed by the friendly manager & staff. You can not go wrong, every dish we had was sensational, matched beautifully by the wines. Definitely the best meal we had in Phnom Penh.

“Very disappointing dining experience and very expensive”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2013

Overall this restaurant was very disappointing for fine dining. The restaurant was in a lovely old colonial room but it had no ambience. The wine list was extensive and on the pricey side. Entree clams average, steak tartare for entree well prepared at the table. For mains the pork belly was quite nice but over cooked, the steaks average and very expensive, the scallops were good.

“Affordable decadence!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2013

A great value Raffles! Maybe expensive by Cambodian standards but hey it is a Raffles and you can luxuriate in air conditioned colonial decadence. The Femme Fatale cocktail especially created for Jackie Kennedy is delicious and getting 2 for the price of one during happy hour is an absolute steal. The complimentary snacks were a bit salty / stale tasting, but still worth a visit for sure!

“Great value”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2013

Maybe it's not great value based on Cambodian currency, but it was unbelievable value in USD terms. The food was very tasty with Cambodian twist and the staff was very friendly. I'd recommend it to friends.

“A beautiful restaurant for a special occasion”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2013

The building is beautiful, an old colonial mansion, and the service sublime. A beautiful restaurant for a special occasion. A wonderful dining experience. Doesn't matter that drinks here are a little more expensive than you will get at other places, it's a nice colonial atmosphere with great service. A must place to go for the tourist coming to Phnom Penh.
