“Best value for your money”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 25, 2012

You will not find a better restaurant for lunch in PP city.

The very French Wine Restaurant located on the corner of St. 240/19 close to Decosy serves 3 courses for 10 USD and wine by the glass. We had the Salmon Carpaccio and a trio of terrines, followed by the Butchers burger and a delicious red snapper. The Burger was perfect with crisp fries. Had 2 cappucino and the awesome apple pie - very elegant, thin and delicate.

With drinks we ended up spending 30 USD. And might I add, had a very light dinner that evening.

We definitely have a new favourite place for lunch in PP!

“Simple but good”

I like the place, simple but good. Service and quality were both very good. Open wine has a good selection of wine and their lunch set is unbelievable. Great value! Keep up...

“A must visit if you want great French food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2012

This was a great find in the bustle of Phnom Penh. Set of the main road it is quiet with inside and outside dining. Originally set up as a butchery and bakery the sourcing of product is very important to the owner of this restaurant. This coupled with the excellent preparation made the culinary experience excellent. Great wine list too...

TOP TIP: They have a Sunday deal with a set menu where you can have as much as you can eat.

“New name but same quality”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 20, 2012

The name of the restaurant is Open Wine (new owners?) and the lunch formula is just perfect.
For 10$ only we enjoyed a salad, main course and desert "a la carte", all dishes real great french cuisine.
