Clean, quite, safe and friendly staff. Good Buffet breakfast . Tariff is also very reasonable . Very near to the River and Shopping markets, located just 300 meters from the Hotel . Good place to stay. Highly recommend!...

It is a clean, quiet and decent hotel. Good location, you'll reach main attractions of the city with in max. 10 minutes of tuk tuk drive (USD2-3 is OK). 30 minutes to Airport if not rush hour (USD12). Gym is out of service. I'd give a 6 over 10 for breakfast. Staff is friendly and respectful. Good for families, single travelers or couples. Over all, I am good with my stay.

Room Tip: Rooms with end with #01 has the best view (depends on what floor) and #07 are the suit rooms, view i...

Me & my Bf arrive at this hotel at 12pm which is much earlier than our check-in hour. Unfortunately, there's no room available upon our arrival and we have been inform to wait for 1.5 hours for the room cleaning process. As the lobby with free wifi, we decided to wait for room at the hotel, however, the room is only ready by 2pm. Receptionist seems to be kind & friendly but they do not have passion to serve our request or attend us while we waiting so long in the hotel lobby.
We stay at Suite Room, the room is spacious but looks empty. Bathroom equipped with bath tub and rain shower. Room is clean but a bit smelly. Disappointed with the bed, given Queen Size instead of King Size for Suite Room. Breakfast serve next door (Chinese Restaurant) with limited choice and most of the food is not warm/hot. Breakfast serve from 7am to 10am only, we had our breakfast 9am but no one is serve at the egg counter?
However, this is central location hotel with walking distance (within 1-2KM) to Phnom Penh city attraction; Royal Palace, Independence Monument, NagaWorld Casino, Sisowath Quay, National Museum, Russian Market, etc.
I would rather say this is a budget hotel with 4 star rate. Overall this is just an average hotel.

Room Tip: Wifi is strong at the hotel lobby and lower floor room.

I have stayed there many times over the pat 2 years but standards have gone down hill fast. The staff are still as help full as ever but due to what I feel are owner/ manager cut backs it is not the nice hotel it once was. Airport pick is now done with a very old taxi and is charged $12 before it was a 7 series BMW and free. Breakfast is now served next door in a Chinese restaurant where there is very little choice.room was clean but with peeling wall paper.

Hotel is only 5 min walk to the Royal palace and Sisovath Quay. if you need a hotel that has the basics, affordable and central location then this one will do! Room is large and clean. However, wifi is not that good due to location of modem so you may have problem with them! They tried to fix that while we stayed there but it's no good! Don't expect much of breakfast either. Hotel staffs were friendly and tried their best to accommodate guests!

Only one of the two lifts were working so not a good start. It was so small that the porter had to take the luggage up on his trolley with the end turned up. A wheelchair could not fit in there.
The room was spartan, no pictures, nothing to make it attractive. Dirty velour chairs that needed a good brush were situated at the breakfast bar. There was a cooker and some cutlery and crockery which came as a surprise. The bathroom was great, the best thing about this hotel.
The bed was sagging yet the mattress was like stone. The worst thing was the lack of facilities - no garden, no lounge area for a coffee, stay in your room or go out.
Breakfast the next morning was the worst in many years. You have to go to the Chinese restaurant two doors away.
Cold coffee, undrinkable breakfast tea, stale pastries, only 1 croissant left at 8.45am with more guests arriving, the water plus three juice containers were empty. Staff walked past checking theses containers then ignoring them. The fruits was almost empty too - watermelon and pineapple, although to be fait there was a bowl of fruit but I thought to myself, knowing my luck if I touch it everything will fall so I just gazed at it. The manager was there so no excuses. They do not want you to have a nice breakfast. Just give you toast and jam/marmalade. We had an omelette but it tasted powdery - why was this? We decided that it was too depressing to stay longer, it would spoil our day trips out so we voted with our feet, not the first to do so apparently.

Room Tip: You need to be on the 9th floor in order to see the river otherwise the Cambodiana Hotel gets in the...

We were supposed to spend 3 nights at this hotel, checked out after 1.
Room on the 9th floor, good view of the Cambodiana hotel across the road and quite a good view of the river.
The room was a good size and it ends there. Is anbody still alive who remembers formica?
The entry to the room was a masterpiece of the misuse of this material, dark striped imitation wood, ill fitted and depressing. A stark room with no wall embelishment and with cheap tacky furniture. Surely a
Cture or 2 could have been hung. The room looked as if it had been designed in Stalinist Russia as a punishment cell.
The restaurant was empty so instead of using it we opted for a bottle of wine which was brought to the room. The waiter did not know how to use a corkscrew!
If hou want to be depressed stay at this hotel, by the way only 1 of the 2 lifts worked.
Breakfast is taken at a chinese restaurant a couple of doors away
