“This is it in Phnom Penh!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 4, 2010

Don't waste your time looking around for another boutique hotel in Phnom Penh. This is it! The place is newly refurbished in a typical Khmer villa, it has a very cute pool and cozy restaurant bording a high-quality spa. Each room is decorated in a different style - Chinese, Japanese, Balinese, Arab... and has all the features that would make you feel comfortable and pampered. The service is good and the owners / hosts are amazing. They love their hotel, they love their guests and make sure that you are well taken care of.

Seriously, just don't waste your time roaming for a hotel in Phnom Penh, just book this place and you won't regret it. It's newly unopened so still very underated - go for it now before it's too late.

What can I say! Went with my partner for a relaxing romantic vacation, and we got more than what we bargained for.
The room we booked (the Colonial garden suite) already transports you. and the bed is so comfterable you wouldn't wanna get up!
But then you think of the day ahead at the pool and the spa. The masseuse is very proffesional, so we ended up having a massage daily (sometimes twice ;)). As for the pool and garden... simply out of this world!
The service is very freindly and the owners give this place that special touch, which makes it even more warm and welcoming.
I just got back and I have to say, I'm still on cloud nine!

As a first time visitor to Phnom Penh, you are worried about accomodation so I chose this place because its new and the location. Never regretted my choice upon arrival. Each room has a different theme and the location is fantastic, sorrounded by embassies. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Every morning you'll be served with 3 choices of breakfast ! The owner was very friendly and helpful giving us information on where to shop, eat and also about Phnom Penh !
Those who are first time to Phnom Penh MUST come to stay in this hotel ! Marvellous !!

I came here by pure luck. It is a wonderful boutique hotel. Surrounding is magical, room was fantastic (I stayed in the balinese suite with my wife), huge room, clean and spotless, charming colors, bathroom is out of thsi world.
The service was more than friendly and the owner was one of the most hospitable person I met.
I will come back to the villa paradiso. It is a truly fantastic place. I would recommend it to any traveller, as they have the range of prices that could be affordable to many.
Their restaurant was newly opened, and the choice was limited, but absoolutely wonderful food.
I tried also a massage in their spa, and it is fantastic. the therapist was professional, and it was in a wooden cabin in the garden.
What else can I say, except that I ended up spending most of my time around the pool, and didnt do much sightseeing in Phnom Penh.

The hotel is on a very quiet street ,walking distance to Independent Monument and main street- Monivong Street.

The room I stayed is the poolside room which very cosy, convenient and nice though is a bit small. and I believe the curtain now should be changed which provide more privacy.
Since the hotel is very new, the room keep in good shape-clean and tidy. Can be better if there is a in-room fridge.

Every morning, we had a very relax and leisure breakfast on the poolside, the staffs are helpful and friendly.
