The rooms were well laid out and spacious. (10th floor deluxe) and clean. I read (in reviews) that the rooms reeked of smoke smell but I did not experience this.
Wifi is generally available only in the lobby level which is fine for email down loads etc. but a terrible place to make web based call due to the constant sound and activity in the very very busy lobby area. However, I was quite pleasantly surprised when I did get a Wi-Fi signal in my room in the morning. This is not regular though. The hotels should seriously consider expanding Wi-Fi coverage to the rooms too.
Breakfast was on the 1st floor. Restaurant is quite busy but tables were available (and you may have to share your table with another guest sometimes) and the spread was somewhat diverse and breakfast was ok. It can get quite monotonous as you stay on, but its breakfast after all. The clientele tends to be predominately Vietnamese and Thai hence the food caters mostly to them.
The night club located behind the casino is Ok for a beer and a typical Pilipino band plays there...they keep you quit well entertained.
Parking is quite tight and hence if someone is coming to pick you up (business travelers) suggest you get them to call you when they are close by and you get t the entrance because there is so little parking outside and absolutely no space for them to wait for you
The Hotel seems to be quite busy most of the time and hence getting a extension on your check out time can be quite difficult.
I came here a year and half ago and traveling to the city from the airport was a breeze. But this time round realized that traffic has increased and traffic jams seem to be the norm and the hitherto thought of a quick 20-30 drive to the airport is no longer a possibility. May have to keep circa and hour just to be safe. Heard a few business travelers missing their flights. So traffic situation has definitely changed for the worse.
