“Well located, clean and well maintained Hotel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 27, 2013

The rooms were well laid out and spacious. (10th floor deluxe) and clean. I read (in reviews) that the rooms reeked of smoke smell but I did not experience this.

Wifi is generally available only in the lobby level which is fine for email down loads etc. but a terrible place to make web based call due to the constant sound and activity in the very very busy lobby area. However, I was quite pleasantly surprised when I did get a Wi-Fi signal in my room in the morning. This is not regular though. The hotels should seriously consider expanding Wi-Fi coverage to the rooms too.

Breakfast was on the 1st floor. Restaurant is quite busy but tables were available (and you may have to share your table with another guest sometimes) and the spread was somewhat diverse and breakfast was ok. It can get quite monotonous as you stay on, but its breakfast after all. The clientele tends to be predominately Vietnamese and Thai hence the food caters mostly to them.

The night club located behind the casino is Ok for a beer and a typical Pilipino band plays there...they keep you quit well entertained.

Parking is quite tight and hence if someone is coming to pick you up (business travelers) suggest you get them to call you when they are close by and you get t the entrance because there is so little parking outside and absolutely no space for them to wait for you

The Hotel seems to be quite busy most of the time and hence getting a extension on your check out time can be quite difficult.

I came here a year and half ago and traveling to the city from the airport was a breeze. But this time round realized that traffic has increased and traffic jams seem to be the norm and the hitherto thought of a quick 20-30 drive to the airport is no longer a possibility. May have to keep circa and hour just to be safe. Heard a few business travelers missing their flights. So traffic situation has definitely changed for the worse.

Did do a lot of research for choosing where to stay in the city, and finally ended up at this hotel. I am so happy I did! The rooms was spacious and beautifuly decorated , the location is ok. The staff was friendly, attentive with a constant smile. This hotel is the standard I will hold every other hotel up to from now on. Definitely stay here again as being at the city. Warmly and highly recommend this hotel

Stayed here for the second time as my fellow travelers wanted to experience the casino. The hotel is nice, and boasts a pretty good casino (for a developing country) with modern rooms. However, unless you are a serious gambler who does not plan on leaving the hotel (but then why come to Phnom Penh instead of Macau?), there are a better places in the city. My biggest gripe about the hotel is that all the rooms smell of heavy cigarette smoke. The hotel does not offer non-smoking rooms, and although I requested one room change, the second room was worst than the first. It was so bad that I had to check out early. The hotel has a nice bar area, and Darlings lounge is an interesting place to watch wealthy locals party, as well as some foreigners interacting with, ahem, those locals who appear to be at the lounge for professional reasons.

Nagaworld Hotel is a hotel with the sole casino available in it in Phnom Penh. There are everything basically inside the hotel which include casino, restaurants, shopping outlets, entertainment centres such as night clubs and lounge and spa and massage center. The room hotel is quite pricey for Phnom Penh standard. However, the rooms are definitely worth the price. The room is clean, comfortable, spacious with all the amenities available in it which include air-conditioner, a television with various international channels, full toiletries set, a mini bar and safe deposit box. The bed and pillows are generally comforable and inside the room, there is a long lazy-couch which is very comfortable for you to rest your tired legs. Wifi services is only available at the lobby area. As you walk to the lobby of the hotel, you will be able to see alot of patrons in regardless of hotel guests or casino gamblers. The lobby area is full of people and noisy almost 24-hours. Vehicles would park haphazardly in front of the hotel. The hotel staffs generally have no problem communicating in English. However, i encountered some problem when requesting the iron and ironing board to iron my meeting clothes. I made a few calls from 7.45 pm until 3.00 am and thereafter only the iron and ironing board arrived to my room. The hotel required a refundable USD 100 during check-in. The check-in counters can be packed with people during the peak check-in time. Overall, it was definitely a good stay in this hotel in Phnom Penh.

The rooms in the hotel are pretty nice, but the only thing I find quite distracting upon entering the hotel are the slot machines from almost all corners of the hotel.

If you are lucky you can see performers doing a traditional khmer dance which was entertaining and educational at the same time.

I also book this hotel every time I have guests from abroad which Phin Sokhary who is incharge of our corporate account provides excellent service despite short notices and request. Also booked their meeting room which the hotel offered us a great price.

Not what expected, Just too much smell of cigarette smoke but not seen all the smokers?

Not one machine played payed any thing just sucked up money did not even throw back any thing to keep it fun.

I stayed here to be close to Dream land but the noise and smell shorted my stay. The place looks to be undergoing a renovation or expanding. Several places to eat to chose from. The gaming tables are ok.

I feel the biggest problem is there is some law that only allows this casino as the only casino within a few hundred KM of Phnom Penh so with out any competition they have the take it or leave it attitude . If there was competition it would improve the standards and make it better for the tourists and locals.
It just not not as much fun as you would expect from a casino. And to stay only for the hotel if you're not gambling not worth the stay.

Room Tip: See several rooms before picking one.

Naga World packs quite a surprise for its guests. Fantastic ambience, clean rooms, strategic location and to top it all, a world class casino. It really doesn't get better for a travel enthusiast looking for a good value for money.

Staff is fantastically courteous. Management is proactive in offering the most competitive tariffs. It's a sweet deal.

Rooms are reasonably sized and fully loaded. Can't go wrong with this one, especially casino-lovers. Good restaurants as well. Darling Darling is special.

My wife and I do business in Cambodia and Naga World is out preferred option always. Will visit again.

Room Tip: Higher the room, the better.
