“Nothing to complaint except..”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 8, 2014

Stayed here for one night with my family at the premium level. Overall, everything's great except for the bathroom's uneven floor that makes sater accumulate and doesn't go down the drain. It's a big issue of hygiene. That was in room 727. Love the complimentary high tea. And coffee is by far the nicest coffee i've ever tasted in a hotel even j.w marriot's cofe couldn't beat it. And by the way, the staffs are not friendly and smiling enough except for the Phillipino waitress at Premium Lounge.

Came here for a conference, found the hotel to be lacking in quality and amenities. Swimming pool and gym were tiny, and you had to pay for slow internet. The room itself was old and very basic, with nothing much in the way of comfort. Next to The Mall, but that's nothing much either.

Service was good though. Polite and knowledgeable front desk.

I stayed in Brunei for 3 days only and this is my 5th stayed in this hotel arranged by company i work with.. We have corprate rate. Upon arrival theres hotel's driver picked me up, it took 20min from airport to hotel. As usual nice and friendly front desk welcome me. Felt like home. Now the hotel already have their own gym, which previously i used to use sister hotel's gym (centerpoint htl) walkin distance. No problem with the internet since i knew how to use them. They already upgraded their internet as what ive been told. Breakfast still need to improve. Next, my room. Nice room but housekeeping must check dusty level daily!! Need to learn english aswell!! So far i like this hotel, will stay here infuture.

Stay away.......B$ 40 bucks for internet - 24 hrs running usage, missing airport transfer, very uncomfortable bed, cheap foam pillows, dated fittings thru out.

The front desk staff was at least polite and agreeable. A small amount of saving grace that stopped me from moving to Radisson.

This is a three star hotel, seriously, check out the photos carefully before you book. It's 1.39 am now, and I can't fall asleep on their terrible bed.

Located next to what I'm told is Brunei's largest shopping center, it's a minute (in air conditioned comfort) away from a cinema, supermarket, and everything else from genuine Cartier watches to fake t shirts. The night market is just across the river.

Rooms are comfortably appointed if slightly dated, and breakfast (and tea at the premier club) is a decent spread. No need to fret if breakfast is not provided cos BSB's one an only McDonald's is just down the road.

Service is ok although I think it fails to match up to the (higher) standards one might see in 4/5 star hotels elsewhere in Southeast Asia.

The room I spent for the whole week early in September was spacious with big bed and white, crisp sheets. I also love the bathroom, very clean. The staffs were courteous and helpful.

However, the wi-fi facility was a joke. I was there on business trip and really needed internet connection. They gave me a username and password, but it was way too slow and always got disconnected. For alternative, they suggested I used the Business Centre at Level 3. Right. The wi-fi there was a whole lot better but you need to bring your own laptop because no desktops or printers were provided. If you wanted to print anything, the guests have to improvise somehow.

We stayed at hotel for 3 nights from 01/09/13, the room was large and
Clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok , next to a shopping
mall and transport to the city is outside the hotel, staff are great and helpful
airport is 7 km away but prepare to pay $25 dollars for the trip. make sure
you visit the night market next to the hotel for a cheap meal the night market
is open every night of the week , otherwise there isn`t much to see in Brunei
