Description: .........In 2010, a Massimo Fuse, past the school of restaurant trade in the 5-star Hotel Des Iles Borromee, in Hilton International in Milan, and in Hilton Cavalleri in Rome, the owner of a La Locanda del Prete restaurant in Invorno, arrived to Baku. And he went through the school of "corporative" parties in Milan for such fashion houses as Giorgio Armani, Marzotto, KITON, CALEFFI, BVLGARI, FAR, decided to take revenge and win our gourmet with own art. As a result, by itself appeared the idea of Inkino Grand Cafe, which is translated from the Roman dialect means "place of worship to art." A realizing the idea took some time and a team of professionals. The experienced eye of maestro Massimo immediately noted the absence of sommeliers in the restaurants of Baku, that could help discerning guests to identify among the many dishes, as well as to choose the right drinks. Fabricio Jiraudo, a member of the Italian Association of Sommeliers, an organizer of the opening of Hotel Bentley in Genoa and the luxury hotel Villa Aminta in Stresa and restaurant Antiche Contrade, awarded by Michelin star, was invited from Italy. Together with maestro Fabrizio, Massimo has created a team of professionals servicing in Ilkino Grand Café......

“An Italian Restaurant in Baku where you feel Milan”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

A very good Italian Restaurant, with a friendly atmosphere, very trendy, where you feel in a Northern Italy restaurant both for the food proposed than for the service and atmosphere: Maurizio is a very stylish maitre and his chef follow him with his clearly Piedmontese-Lombard approach to food. Because my stomach was feed up of kebab, I requested food out of the menu and they obliged with a very accurate execution (exactly as you can have from a North Italian restaurant where you are a regular). Not surprise, I am now a regular together with a lot of Italians residents in Baku for work and a good local feminine clientele, which come here to see on the maxi-screen the fashion catwalks of the best fashion stylists. The prices are very reasonable.
Here you can taste the best Azeri wines, the Savalan wines from the ASPI wineries.

“Pessimo pessimo pessimo”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2012 via mobile

I wanted to eat Italian in Baku and was very disappointed! The personal was very impolite, the quality of food was low, and at the end the real surprise was the bill! We eat 3 plates of starters (each plate was shared in 4 ) 1 small plate of spaghetti ( very small) and 2 glasses of prosecco 40 manat! Scandalous!

“Great welcome, great atmosphere , excellent service.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2012

After only my second visit, the owner started treating us like old friends. Both he and his staff are very service aware, which is a rare thing in Baku. I have now eaten here 6 times and it is now a regular lunch venue. Great deals on the business lunches, but try the a la carte sometime, decent wine at sensible prices as well.

“New Italian in Baku”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 2, 2012

The owner is Italian and his personality and hospitality makes this restaurant a 'must go' place. It's pitty that i didn't learn his name but the you will recognize once you are in.
He is wellcoming guests, taking orders and even serving.
Some Italian restaurants in Baku do not serve prosciutto and to my surprise Inkino has a very good one.We were further delighted with pumpkin soup, and several varieties of pasta and pizzas we shared.
They have also excellent three course lunch menu for 10 AZN.
