We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights over Eurovision Song Contest, and were suprised about the quality of this little gem. Note that there are several hotels in Baku called "Palace", and we are sure that the previous review on Tripadvisor is not meant for this specific hotel. As far as we could see the hotel consist only of about 17 suites. Superb quality, very luxurious and well decorated with enormous living room and spacious bathroom. Staff speaks fluently English and is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet in top floor restaurant is ok, and is served daily until 11am. The hotel has it's own car service with free airport transfers and free transfers into the city centre (although a short taxi ride never costs more than 5 Euro). Make sure that for your return trip by taxi to the hotel you have a proper description of the name and address because many taxi drivers don't know this hotel and don't know how to use their navigation system in their brand new taxi's...
Location is not too central, but it's not that big problem.
We highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay again when we return to Baku.
