“Very enjoyable afternoon”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 3, 2013

My family & I came here to relax after our hassles trying to check into our nha trang hotel (see other review). We really had no idea what was here, we were met at the door with the price list and as we just wanted some peace & quiet and relaxing we chose the VIP package. It was approximately $220 for the 4 of us but it was money well spent, we had our own beautiful private room/ area at the top if the resort, we had our own huge bath in the room (plenty big enough for 4 people) and our own dedicated attendant. First we all showed in our outside shower whilst our warm mud bath was prepared, then we jumped in for 20 minutes, the mud is warm and quite thin. Then we washed off and went to relax in the public mineral pools for 30 minutes, then back for our own private mineral bath, whilst this smelt heavenly and was very nice, it was a little on the hot side for me & the kids. After that we dried off and all had 50 minute full body massages, then off to have dinner which we had ore chosen. It was about 4 hours all up and very relaxing. The only thing I could suggest is that they should offer some Vietnamese cuisine as well as western dishes!
Definitely worth doing if you've got a few hours and want to relax.

“Broken peace”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 14, 2013 via mobile

My girlfriend and I visited the I-resort to seek the tranquility that we expected from a spa day. The facilities there are brilliant and would recommend people visit, however, the facility is quite family and child orientated. Without generalising, other visitors were very loud and as a result the experience was not the relaxing zenn we were looking forward to. It must be said that despite the resort being a reasonable trip out of town ($6-7 one way in a taxi) the day is value for money even though we arrived in the mid afternoon as other reviews recommend this to miss the crowds. One final note which disturbs the peace is that the resort is located slap bang on a railway line. Consistent with other forms of transport through vietnam, the passing trains exploit the ability to use their horn. All this in mind I would recommend visiting and the experience was value for money but if we were to do it again maybe we would spend a little more for something more exclusive and less commercial.

“Beautiful setting for a relaxing day out.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 24, 2013 via mobile

The resort is located a short cab ride out of town, about 25 minutes outside of the main centre. Surrounded by tropical gardens, there are a number of small mud baths along with mineral pools, waterfalls and various water jet contraptions to keep things interesting. The resort is clean, well shaded and the mud in each bath is replaced after each use. Despite planning to go in the afternoon, the manager at our hotel strongly recommended we go as early in the day as possible to ensure the mud would be fresh and as she suggeted "more hygienic".
There is a large restaurant area which sells tasty and inexpensive food and drinks. They also have their own comfortable cars and golf buggies to get you home afterwards at standard taxi prices. We really enjoyed our time here and I swear my skin felt delicious afterwards! :)

“Fun experience, nice setting”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 22, 2013

Was very interesting trying to communicate, I know no Vietnamese and most of the girls directing us knew about the same amount of English, so lots of guess work all round, pretty funny at times. The mud bath was fun, not as thick and muddy as I had expected, quite warm and slippery, not sure of any actual benefit, but still fun to do. The mineral water bath following was a little too warm for us, we hopped in and out used the waterfall to cool down. The waterfall near the mud baths is nicer than the other ones no matter what the staff tell you.
We went to the restaurant and had a few choices as part of our package, the kids didn't want anything from this and we ordered from the menu, my daughters food never arrived.
Lovely day out.

“Fun baths, beautiful spa”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 6, 2013

Of the three mud baths in the town this was the only one our guide recommended, and on arrival a few minutes from the town centre it was immediately obvious why. The spa is sophisticated, beautifully laid out and offers everything from fun mud baths for couples and groups to spa treatment, pools and waterfalls, with as much shade as you could want. The pools are surrounded by loads of comfortable sun loungers, clean sand, with adjacent bar and restaurant. The staff were helpful and friendly - and all for a very reasonable price. No negative points whatsoever, and you could easily spend half a day or longer enjoying the facilities.
