Was really amazed with a variety of food: you can pick up a live crab from a heap of them - point the one you like and choose how to cook it. They also have oysters, mussels and other sea shells (I don't even know the names) with various spices. Oh, and sushi and sashimi - also very good (not a great variety but all are fresh and tasty).
But if you want something more spicy - they also offer indian curries or of course a wide selection of vietnamese food of all the kinds (both chicken and pork and beef).
Don't forget about spaghetti, salads, pate, ham, cheese...
What about dessert? Ice cream, cakes and fruits - you will easily find what you like. Recommend to combine it with a cup of a fantastic gran cru tea.
Bad news - it is not very cheap. Buffet dinner costs about $29 per person, which is quite a high price for Nha Trang.
