First class fun morning out with lovely edible results at the end. Nam is lovely and had a very good command of English so communication is both easy and informative. Market trip by tricycle was first and we bought everything we needed whilst being educated about many herbs and vegetables we did not always recognise. Meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, rice and every conceivable extra available all in one place. This does include frogs, snakes, snails, eels and lots of live animals to boot, so be aware! Return trip and straight to the cooking. Most things were pre prepped for us but it was still our job to assemble, cook and enjoy three courses. Spring rolls with pork and prawn are fairly straightforward as long as you don't tear the rice paper. Clay Pot, chicken, pork, mackerel (or most anything you wish) follows next and it's a simple dish but surprisingly good, throw it all in to marinate then cook for 20-30 minutes, delicious. To end Flambé fruit of your choice which is just so much fun setting fire to the table (lol). Worth every penny, just a little early to eat SO MUCH food. Give my regards to Nam, she's a Gem.
