If you get them to book your next accomadation dont what ever you do - PAY A DEPOSIT - They will keep it as a commission and the next hotel will know nothing of it - Basically they will rip you off!!!

My now wife and I actually stayed there in Feb of 2010, getting out of China for a week to avoid the Chinese New Year chaos. We found this place online and liked the look of the rooms and the location. We initially spoke with them via skype, and were able to get by in English ok. We do live in China however, so our bar is set quite low as it is, but all in all we got what we wanted as far as information.

Now, bear in mind that the pictures of the nice big room are of the honeymoon suite. It was twice the price of other double rooms at $50 USD per night, but was well worth it after seeing the other rooms, if not only for the sundeck. Wow that deck, what a view. Seriously, if you can afford it (a reasonable question if you are considering this place) go for this room on the top floor. The deck is about 12' x 12' and has a table for two in the middle, with double doors that open up to allow the breeze to blow throughout. Huge bathroom with heart shaped tub to boot. Very comfortable bed, good air conditioning and sizable wardrobe closet. Really, really enjoyed the room and we kept remarking how lucky it was that we opted to take it over other options.

Location is perfect, no questions there. A block off the beach (and believe me with the noise of the bikes you'll appreciate it), and smack in the middle of the best shopping and restaurants and bars. Directly across the street is the Yacht Club - amazing for food, nightlife (especially their Tet party!! Best club at night too) and their beach. Get out there by 10 and get a great couple of beach loungers and you're set for the day.

Okay, a couple negatives. The service was average, and they could be more friendly and accommodating. They will try to get every dollar they can from you but like I said we're used to it so we happily fight right back and keep as much from them as possible. They'll want to keep your passport, but don't let them they only need a copy. If they get it, like most places in Asia, they'll add some charges to your account before leaving and might use it as collateral to get what they want. That said we were kind and pleasant understanding they are trying to make small money and I think in the end they respected our nature and were much more accommodating for us. A little kindness and understanding can go a long way in these countries. Be firm, but don't forget to be respectful and polite as well, and anger is not part of Asian culture so don't bother with it, it only makes things worse.

Hotel was okay. The rooms were not too bad, although we were in a double. A friend stayed in the single and advised that it was very small. The roof restaurant was very cute, but I would try not to eat there. The staff spoke very little English, so other ignorant Australians, like ourselves, may find communication difficult. Very slow wifi, although the air conditioning made up for most things.
Tip: if you can, take the stairs, slowest lift ever!

When we arrived at Nha Trang we didn't book anything in advance, but we had seen this hotel on tripadvisor. When we arrived at the hotel it was fully booked and we tried some other hotels, but all were full We finally went back to Saint Paul to ask if she knew an other place to stay. Then she offered a room for 10 USD but it wasn't clean yet. She did changed the sheets and we got clean towels. At that moment no complaints because we needed a place to stay.
The next day we asked if she had room for us and we could stay in the same room for one more night and then we had to check out. The room was oke, but very small for two persons and no window, we think the room normally is a single room. When we came back from the beach at the end of the afternoon our room hadn't been cleaned.
The next day when checked out they said that they did have room for us, too late because we already packed our bags and arranged another hotel. We found this a little bit strange.
Maybe the other rooms are bigger and better. A big plus was that there was a lift in the building!!

Everything here was new and very clean. We had a room on the 6th floor that was fairly small, but it was still very nice. There was closed glass shower in the bathroom which was also very nice since the whole bathroom didn't get wet every time you showered. The room also had AC and a TV

The staff were very nice as well, smooth check-in and check-out, and they offered to book us a bus if we needed it too. We checked in at 6:30am and weren't charged any extra for the early check-in which was really nice, we'd heard about other hotels charging more for an early check-in. We paid US$30 for the room, which was mainly due to the prices going up during the Tet holiday, so it may be cheaper at other times of the year.

We luckily stumbled around and found it, but it could be hard to find if you're searching for it. It is 2 buildings down a small road east off of Hung Vuong half a block north of the Hung Vuong and Tran Quang Khai intersection. So it's just a block back from the beach and close to some restaurants. Good place over all!

Great Location. Room was mordern, comfortable and clean. Only complaint I have which I advised and showed the lass on reception but she seemed to think it was okay, was everytime we used the shower, the water was going down the drain at a very, very, very slow pace that it flooded the whole bathroom floor. Not sure if I would stay there again.

We have been traveling around Thailand, Vietnam and the Saint Paul Hotel is the best yet. If we could take it with us we would, it was so nice that we booked an extra 2 nights. The staff and family are very very friendly and obliging. We checked out at mid day and had to kill 6hrs walking around in the hot sun before our overnight bus to Hoi An, when we returned to collect our baggage we were offered the use of a shower and towels, such a nice touch.

For myself the added bonus of the room was a walk-in shower cubicle with glass sliding doors, no wet toilet seat!

The room was spotlessly cleaned every day by a very cheerful cleaner. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough - try it and see.

The hotel has the added bonus of being only a 3 minute walk from the beach.
