Stayed here for 4 nights for convenience as it is almost on the beach and is close to the popular bar and restaurant area in the streets one or two back from the beach. The hotel has a reserved part of beach for guests and this is very relaxing on a lounge under a thatched umbrella, easy to manage! Just watch the traffic crossing the main beach road to get there, although at busy times the security guy helped us cross. Our 'superior' room was on level 4 at the front of the hotel overlooking the beach and without street noise if sliding doors were closed. The first split level room we've experienced. From balcony step inside to a casual table and chair area, then up a few steps to bedroom level, then in the bathroom two steps down to a huge sunken bath/shower. Hotel has a pool on level 3 that was quiet but with views limited to the vacant land next to the hotel. Hotel restaurant was very good with excellent buffets for breakfast and dinner. Could also order casual lunch/snacks at bar/lounge on ground floor. The staff were gracious, smiling and helpful and many spoke good english. Overall a most enjoyable experience and yes, we would return.
