“Awesome place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 29, 2013 via mobile

A little far from main street of Hue city it takes about 20 min by car. But Nice people, beautiful place and what a great spa! Im sure you love this resort. It has pretty good restaurants and bar. Free Suttle bus and yoga class are useful too.

This place is a bit out of town but this makes it more peaceful. Gardens are lovely and so are the staff with nothing being to much trouble. Huge swimming pool and only fault I can say is the drinks aren't very cold and restaurant feel bit like a school hall but breakfasts good. Good laundry service across road, hotels laundry as with most hotels a bit on the pricey side.

Top of the list has to be the friendly and helpful staff with special mention of Mai and Tam. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a huge bed made up of 2 joined single beds. The lush gardens added to the overall attraction of the Village. The food was good and it was a joy dealing with the waiting staff. On the down side are the pools which need a good clean and repair to some sharp broken tiles in both pools. In addition consider providing cushions for the restaurant seating which is quite uncomfortable for older guests.

The hotel offered a wonderful break from all the travelling we had been doing, I had been looking forward to getting there since we started our trip. When I arrived I was not disappointed, the staff, the peace and quiet, the spa , the swimming pool, it all provided just what we needed to re-charge.

The breakfasts were the best we had in all of our Vietnam travels, the spa was a sanctuary of bliss and the massage was one of the best I have had in a good few years, and I have had some good ones, so she was exceptional.

A great stay, and a perfect way to rest and recharge our batteries for a couple of days.. thanks to all the staff

Staff are lovely. Location great, out of town but good shuttle service. Beds uncomfortable (very hard) shame - as the rooms are super. Although don't forget your mosquito spray in this resort! Food is good. Overall this was excellent value for money though.

Nice resort with big attractive pool in lush garden surroundings. We got two huge adjourning rooms for us and our kids with views. They could though provide the rooms with musquito nets. Restaurant was a little bit plain in ambiance but had great Vietnamese food and a good share of western dishes.

Room Tip: The family rooms are huge adn come with connecting doors

A beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. Two criticisms- I know dim light is romantic, energy saving, etc, but it was impossible to see in the bathroom mirror or to read anywhere except under the reading light in bed. A bigger problem was that there was no access to food except in the main dining room at meal times. If you wanted just a mid day snack, or a light meal at some other time there was no secondary place to eat and the hotel is not in town. A shuttle is required. So, no matter how nice the hotel is I would think twice before staying there again.
