“great hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 4, 2013

The building is not so big, but the hotel is included the 3 stars as staff's hotel said. Prior stayed here, I have booked the Halo hotel, but the Halo hotel is fully booked the staff's hotel offered us to stay at Mifuki.
Staying at the MIfuki hotel is pleasant, room is so big, clean, and the staff's hotel is so friendly. Located at the center of business area of HCMC, anywhere to go just on walking to get to the place, like Ben Thanh, bus station District 1, fine art museum, etc.
At night strolling aroud the hotel is interesting, side by side of the street many eateries providing Vietnemese cuisine. It's amazing place can enjoy with stayed at the Mifuki Boutique Hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms is so large located in front and there is sofa and bed so big size.

The most buildings In Ho Shi Minh city are narrow - only one or two windows in the wall! Therefore the most rooms in local hotels haven't got normal windows.

When you are going to book a room ask hotel's representative about windows and views. We had had a street view room.

There are tasty breakfasts in Mifuki. Very clean rooms!
And you can find a wonderful book in your room - vietnamese fairy tales!!!

I arrived 1:00am at this hotel but the doorman and reception staff welcomed me like they are expecting a friend coming over. I was shown to my room after 2 minutes and was impressed that it looked like a 4-star room but I only paid an equivalent of a 2-star price. The bed is good and the bed sheets, pillow and towels are in their whitest form. Breakfast was being served on their roof deck and I am quite impressed by the variety as it has bacon wrapped in string beans, spaghetti bolognese, cold cuts, cheese, chicken with tomato sauce, beef with bean sprouts, fried rice, buns, cream puff, cereals, fruits and yogurt. When I checked-out they hailed a cab for me, open the door and bid me farewell.

The hotel is nice even though it is small in comparison to others. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Location is perfect as it is located smack in the center of District 1. Good local restaurants are located nearby as well as the famous Ben Thanh market. Also other shopping venues such as Saigon square and Vincom Center are within walking distance. The only let down is the breakfast. They serve only a handful dishes and they repeat the dishes day by day.

Room Tip: Get a room with windows facing the street for a nice view.

The hotel is nice with FULL AMENTIES even shaver and others amenties available even though we staying at Superior type room.

Breakfast is horrible. The hotel doesn't have HALAL CERTIFIED. 70% of the food are pork made. My frens and the group have to consume 8-10 slices of bread + butter for survival for the morning. Hehehehe

Even it just a boutique hotel, the TV is LCD PLASMA and the hotel location is near with Ben Thanh Market, Baskin Robbins and even some Halal Certified Restaurant.. It just 20-30 minutes walk to Hard Rock Ho Chi Minh City.

Room Tip: Good hotel for those who want to shop cheap clothing If you are Muslims, don't consume food at...

The room was clean although some parts appeared old. The bathroom was nothing great. We had a corner room. The location was great. The traveling agency was a little bit expensive. Try to get a cheaper traveling agent. Food was okay.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple nights on an Intrepid Tour. We thought the hotel was clean, secure and well located! Room was nice and the aircon worked well! Room had a safe for secure documents! Breakfast was good!
