The restaurant is located on the first floor of the Hotel Sofitel Saigon. Its Sunday brunch is quite famous among Saigon expats and it really worths it. Its buffet offers a great choice of excellent dishes which must accomodate almost everybody. During my last visit, there were Gravlax salmon, smoked salmon, sushis, fresh oysters for whoever love seafood as entry. There were also "foie gras" and lobster cooked while you waited and as you wanted. Nice choice of cold cut meat too. Many types of salads including Vietnamese, Thailandese and mix-your-own. Among the hot dishes, the orange duck was one of the best I ever tasted. For pasta lovers, there were pasta with carbonara & bolonese sauces. The bread comptoir was full of excellent French baguettes, ciabata, etc... Great variety of cheese too. For dessert, one can make his choice among the excellent French pastries, crêpes, chocolate fondue, fresh fruit or ice cream. The only negative note was the soups: the pumpkin soup was tasteless and the Vichyssoise was too liquid and insipid.
