Hotel looks pretty new, love the design, very chic and boutique-ish feel. The rooms weren't very big, but sufficient for two people. Toiletries were basic, i.e., conditioning shampoo, not separate ones. But they were quite pleasant, and quite good quality. No bath tub in the bathroom. Shower area was separated only by a glass panel, that didn't even cover the length of the bathroom, but it seems to keep the water out well. My only problem was the wifi - it really didn't work on my iPhone and iPad, although it did work on my laptop and windows phone. Really strange. Eventually, the gave me my own router which worked perfectly. Location is pretty good - in between districts 1 and 3. Staff speak decent English, sometimes they can't understand you, but they really do try their very best. Swimming pool is big enough. But it doesn't get any sun at all as buildings surround it so it's always in the shade, so the water is cold. Overall, good hotel, modern looking, would recommend it.

Wamr greetings from Novotel Saigon Centre and thank you very much for staying with us.
I am delighted to read that you enjoyed your stay with us. Please rest assured that I will be sharing your comments with the team and I am sure this will serve as an encouragement to all of us as we always strive to further improve our services.
We do not know that some of the rooms do not have an Internet signal strong enough and we are currently fixing that.
If you have a chance to come back, please do let me know and I will personally ensure you have a room with strong Wi-Fi connection.
Thank you again and we hope to welcome you back again in the not too distant future.
