Pizza...in Vietnam? After two and a half months in Asia we were eager beavers for some 'za as we left our hotel and tried to find the place! The directions on this site were fairly helpful, although if I was alone I don't know that I would have ventured down that dark alley...but once we saw the small 4P sign we knew we were close and then eventually we found this little hole in the wall that was actually pretty empty when we arrived (6:30pm-ish). We were told that with no reservation we could sit at the bar so we did, but most of the tables didn't fill up until we were leaving the restaurant...what a waste!
We ordered one funghi pizza with pesto sauce (my absolute favorite, which doesn't always translate in Asia) and one margherita pizza. We added a carafe of the house red wine (served cold...but warmed up and improved as the night went) from the cute bartender and settled in for a few hours. The serve was fast and soon we were digging in and happy as pigs!
The bill was almost $40 USD so it wasn't cheap like our other Asia meals, but it was definitely one of the big standouts of our trip!
