We came here after loving the sister restaurant Quan An Ngon in Hanoi. It has a remarkably similar look at feel, comfortable environment and seating within a courtyard and lots of stalls cooking local fare around the perimeter. We came for lunch around 2pm on a Monday so it wasn't very busy and we found the service to be prompt and efficient.
The quality of the food however, wasn't as good as Quan An Ngon. We ordered a selection of Vietnamese pancake, salad, steamed rice paper rolls, vermicelli noodles and local dessert (che) - it was good, but not what we expected (the quality of food at Quan An Ngon was amazing).
Having said that though it is a good introduction to Vietnamese street food. It does create a similar atmosphere, but in surroundings that are cleaner and more hygenic.
