I've eaten at Que Viet every time I visit Sai Gon. I absolutely love the food--the quality is excellent. Everything I've tried from stir-fried beef to grilled pork to seafood is great. Try the Rau Muong Xau Toi!
The service is typical for Viet Nam, which is a disappointment for such a cool restaurant. The dining is covered, but mostly al fresco. The restaurant is set back in an alley which lends to is being quiet. The waitresses just don't go above and beyond--they do only as told, and slowly at that.
Regardless, I'll still go back and recommend others too. Just don't get in a hurry!
