Two former family town houses in Saigon converted into a fabulous cosy restaurant, which retains the former house atmosphere. Simply wonderful Vietnamese cuisine served by the most attentive and friendly staff. Also served some seriously good cocktails. Any visitor to Saigom must come here as part of the experience. I seriously suspect that this will also go down as the Favourite. We went more than once.

This was our favorite dinner. The waiters were very helpful with ordering and the building was itself very interesting. There is a pond in the middle of the restaurant and a stairway ladder to the second floor dining area. The fried springs rolls are definitely worth trying and the crispy tofu. You will probably need a reservation since the restaurant is small and popular among tourists and locals. They expanded across the street and so if you walk in without a reservation they will try and seat you in their new building.

Visited this restaurant after reading all the reviews but i was very disappointed. Located out of no-where in a nice little building with quiet surroundings. We ordered the beef with lemongrass, caramelized pork, kang kong, fried toufu with salt & lemon sauce and springrolls. All dishes are average, nothing impressed. Beef was extremely tough and caramelized pork really has that porky taste which i hate. The only nice thing is the fruit juice which was served with honey, something unique. Price works out to be about S$40 for 3 of us, which is cheap but food is nothing exciting

WE had pre booked but seemed to end up on a table in the reception area rather tham the main restaurant - this was way to low and very difficult to eat off.
We asked for some menu recommendations but the staff were pretty non commital/ unhelpful. In the end what we picked was pretty good but did seem overpriced compared to other HMC eatries we picked.

All a bit of a let down really
