“Spotless Guesthouse with good location.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 6, 2011

The Guesthouse is owned by a very friendly family and all I can say is that is was spotless.
Good value for money, The rooms are rather small but I didn´t mind.
The location is great as well, it is located squeezed in at a small alley so can be rather hard to find, but one of the owners came and met me when I got of the Airport TAXI this was also arranged by the Guesthouse. As it is squeezed in the alley it isn´t close to any of the heavily traffic roads so you are not disturbed by the heavy HCM traffic.
Absolutly recommended. A home away from home.

Lovely friendly family run guesthouse in a good location just off Pham Ngu Lao.

The rooms are small, but very clean and well equipped with AC, television and fridge. Water was the same price in the room as it is on the street which makes a first! Beds are very comfortable and hot water was plentiful.

Breakfast is not included, but many cheap options nearby, and we always got offered tea/coffee and bananas in the morning.

Very helpful with booking tours and buses.

Would definitely stay here again.

With the atmosphere of a small guesthouse this place was more like a multi-starred hotel! We booked a double room with an ensuite which cost around £4 a night and got far more than we expected. The room was cool, clean and well equipped for our needs. The towels were changed every day and our bed made whilst we were out. The hostess was more than willing to assist us in booking several trips at short notice and answered several enquiries well. The location is fantastic, just off the main backpacker strip and close to many of the major tour operators. The only slight negative was that breakfast was not included, although given the vast array of eateries nearby this was hardly a problem. A great place to stay for a short or long visit.

The small hostel is located in a side street of the backpacker area at pham ngu lao. So it would have been hard to find, BUT Ms. Vy picked us up right at the main street. She also supplied us with lots of valuable information and a small map of the city with the main tourist attractions. The rooms were small, but very clean and with ac, tv and a small fridge. We would definitely stay here again.

This hostel is located right in the center of the backpackers' area and is very close to everything. Rooms were extremely clean and tidy. This place really surpassed my expectations. It is definitely one of the best hostels I have stayed at since traveling Southeast Asia for the past 4 months. Ms. Vy (the owner) is so helpful and nice. She really goes the extra mile to make sure that all the guests are satisfied. There are computers and wifi, so you can always stay connected. This place had everything I needed and more. Highly recommended!

Myself and my partner stayed for 5 nights at this wonderful guesthouse. Vy and her family were so feindly and accomodating, even providing us with a refreshing drink apon arrival, fresh coffee and banana offers in the morning, A great map and tour info, and lots of smiles! The location is great, the rooms are great and comfy and feel very safe and secure here, and its so peaceful just off the street. I havent a bad thing to say, the stay was wonderful! Recommended to anybody who is travelling to vietnam! :) A big thank you to Vy and her family!

Our room was on the ground floor and was small and had no windows. The staff in the hostel was extremely friendly. We had to leave early in the morning to catch the train, but we were seen off with a big smile. The father of the family was sleeping in the reception area. The airco in the room was good. There was also satellite TV and mini bar was an absolute bargain.
