There are three maybe four locations in town. I have eaten at only two, but much prefer the 35A Nguyen Đinh Chieu St., Dictrict 1, location. If there are only two diners. sit by the water feature, very cooling. The service is for the most excellent. There have been a few minor flaws. The price is moderate to high for Saigon, depending on the choice of meat and or mushrooms. Four types of mushroom (eg tiger claw from Japan) cost VND180,000 and can pump the bill up. I have spent anywhere from VND200,000 to 500,000 on a meal for two and only VND1,200,000 on a meal for ten. The serving staff will make "suggestions" on the choice of mushrooms, but a good rule is pick one from each section, and vary the colour of mushroom. Add to this some ostrich, some noodles, soya and a veggie and the pot should be good for four people at around VND400,000 excluding drinks. (I rarely drink). Unless you do not like mushrooms this is certainly one of the best dining experiences in Saigon. Will I go again? Yeah, just as soon as I get back from this job, and then again every week :D
