My name is Josef C.we stayed in Rising Dragon Hotel on end off in September and October.we paid $22. room.during our stay in Vietnam we traveled extensively.on our own, needed a lot of local info. The staff in this hotel is amazing they go extra mile to help their guests.Ms. Tracy and people in reception are unreal.I have been in many countries.always do a lot of planning and for that need the local help.they provided for me (us)very valuable info and when we needed accommodation the last night(our flight from Hanoi out was 1 AM) they helped us.
I very rarely write this kind of recommendation for any body but the staff of Rising Dragon Hotel deserves to be noticed.
