I didnt stay at this hotel but went to the spa. Called Zen spa, it was a marvellous experience. i went for a body wrap, massage and bath. the first 2 were pleasant but the bath was out of this world. the bath area was gorgeous. it overlooked Ho Tay or West Lake so i had a panoramic view of the lake and watched a little singing bird hopping on a tree during my bath. the bath area itself was lovely,adorned with creepers entwining a slate waterfall. the bath itself was great experience. water at just the right temp, with lots of rose petals floating on it. masseuse gives a neck rub while i soaked. heavenly!!!!

on the hotel itself, all i can say is that the doormen were most helpful in ensuring that the cab driver took me to the right direction by giving detailed directions to him
