“It’s perfect!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 3, 2014

My bf and I had chosen this hotel for our 4 days 3 nights stay in Hanoi. It was amazing! The staff make us feel at home from the moment we checked in until we checked out. We picked the Honey Luxury room and we love it so much! Thanks for giving us a memorable holiday in Hanoi! We just can’t wait to go back again!

We arrived at this hotel before check in time after an early flight, staff greeted us at the door & were more than welcoming! After a few minutes we were checked in & in our room with not a mention of how our early arrival was any inconvenience, which is a problem with many hotels that stick rigidly to check in times!! We were advised on tours, activities, restaurants, shopping etc. We took a halong bay trip with another company (due to a friend's recommendation) the hotel stored our bags over night until we returned. We liked the hotel so much we decided to stay another night, the lady at reception informed us we were upgraded to the honeymoon suite free of charge! We were delighted!!! She helped us book night train tickets & taxis!
The room s are spacious, the bed in the honeymoon suite is huge, Fred WiFi & laptops in rooms, we had a steam shower in our room on night one & a Jacuzzi on night two, cable tv & mini bar also.
The location of the hotel is perfect while your still very central, you avoid the noise & hussel& bussell of a very busy city.
It was our first time to Hanoi and found it daunting at the beginning but the excellent staff at this hotel completely changed that for us and made us feel so welcome & so valued, nothing is too much to ask them.
When we checked out we were given 3 packs of Vietnamese coffee as a gift from the staff thanking us for staying with them! The staffs attention to detail is phenomenal!!
As two well travelled people who enjoy luxurious hotels from time to time, I would rate this (cheap) boutique hotel above any hotel in any country I have ever stayed in, I highly recommend this to everyone travelling to Hanoi!

My film crew and I stayed here for around a week. Best hotel I've been to in Hanoi in that price bracket. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The sales manager even came out with us to the lake to assist with a scene. When I come back to town I'm staying at the Indochina for sure.

I always stay at this hotel whenever I am in Ha Noi, which is several times a year, and I have never been disappointed. One of the hotel's best features, besides the great location, is the incredible staff. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The hotel is able to provide many services and I usually use their airport transfer service which is very reasonably priced. The staff are very helpful, not only with the usual 'tourist' needs of ticketing and tours but also with the more esoteric needs of "Where do I find this thing I need in Ha Noi"? If you don't mind paying just a few dollars more as a budget traveler, you will enjoy the kind of stay you would have at 4 star hotels elsewhere without the high cost. This hotel is my home when I visit Ha Noi.

Room Tip: The rooms at the back are quieter than the rooms at the front but the front rooms have more daylight...

This hotel is conveniently located within the old quarter of Hanoi, yet out of the noisy main road. Earteries abound within walking distance. Local Vietnamese fares, international cuisines such as Italian, Mediterrarian, Japanese, cafes, etc...it is all there. Even the minibus station to airport is only 5-7 minutes walk away. Last but not least the staffs are all very friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful hotel! The staff at Indochina Boutique went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us during our stay. They were incredibly welcoming and kind. Ruby helped us organize local trips, find great places to eat, purchase train tickets to further destinations, and make us feel at home in the bustling city of Hanoi. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. A incredible value for the affordable price. The location was perfectly set in old town, giving us the opportunity to explore many charming parts of the city by foot. We had such a great experience with this hotel, we stayed here at both the beginning and end of the trip. One of the best accommodations on our entire trip!

This gorgeous little boutique hotel is in a very handy location in the gorgeous old quarter of Hanoi. The location allows you to walk easily around the sites and shops in the area. Within ten minutes you can be at the lake or in the middle of shops and restaurants
The rooms are big enough, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms have very roomy 'steam showers". The small restaurant (that we only ate breakfast at) gave a good selection of western style dishes or local cuisine.
Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking for great location and very friendly, helpful staff

Room Tip: This is only a small hotel, we stayed in 2 rooms throughout the duration of our stay and both were v...
