Nice hotel overall though breakfast was truly dire: cold coffee, horrid old croissants, rubbery eggs. But staff were helpful; they do stuff like pick you up from the airport and there are loads of other places for nice breakfast in Hanoi

We would recommend this Hotel to anyone travelling in Hanoi. Very helpful staff, good level of English speakers, good free internet and really top rooms. And the breakfast - absolutely to die for! Really good place to stay!

Hotel tranfers from airport went well. We arrived at the hotel about 10pm to discover we were on the 5th floor and there were no lifts. Got used to the stairs pretty quick. Just after we arrived at our room there was a black out but was the whole area not just the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a smorgasbord with a range of foods available. Didnt eat any other meals there so cant comment on the value of the meals. Be aware of the taxis as we got ripped off going on the meter, which went through the dong at a rapid rate.

This hotel iswell situated in the old town which you can walk around on your own or hire a pediccaped (xichlo dap ) where they will peddle you around the old town for an hour or two. Be sure to bargain for price with these pedicapped guys. And dont forget to aks them to take you around the Hoang Kiem Lake that is very nearby.
