“Very Informative”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 22, 2012

This museum was very informative and unique in perspective--I'm not sure I've ever seen anything like it. I especially found the exhibit/video on the Vietnamese women hawkers to be fascinating and tragic. The exhibit on life cycle rites was also very interesting. Really worth a visit to understand something about the contributions of women to Vietnamese history, and the conditions faced by women in Vietnam at various times.

“Well worth the visit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 22, 2012

The Women's Museum has continued to evolve since I first visited in 2006. The variety of display material, the clarity of description for each, make it a very worthwhile place to visit. The section on women's contribution to the war efforts also puts the Vietnamese war posters that are now all the rage in tourist shops in perspective.

“Nice history”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 21, 2012

I've been there first time. Very sad to see the Vietnamese women's life in the war. They worked very hard like the men. Anyway, my knowledge is wide now.

“OK to kill some time”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2012

Too new for people born in the 70s and before, many objects are from the 21st century and are more from the tribal traditions of vietnam. I'd have loved to see more about how the women in the cities evolved to what they are today.
