“Great peek in to the peoples of Vietnam”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 15, 2012

Super interesting, definitely go through all of the houses of the different tribes of Vietnam. In fact, we didn't even go inside the museum! We spent all of our time outside. We didn't get a tour, but ran into another tour group and the group leader was definitely sharing interesting facts that you wouldn't learn just be reading the plaques.

“Great museum”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 14, 2012

Although we had to take a taxi out to the Museum, it was more than worth the trip. The indoor exhibits were informative and well-presented, but the best feature were the outdoor houses which really gave us an idea of how the different ethnic groups live. The cafe in the museum also serves good food at reasonable prices.

“Interesting a worth the ride out”

Got short changed by the lady in the ticket office - count your change but worth a visit. It has a free water puppet show outside which was great as we could not get into the one in town

“Interesting”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 14, 2012

Good for a few hours and gives a good (though a bit shallow) insight of the Vietnamese ethnology. Would be great with more items on display - though it looks like they are building an annexe.
