“Excellent Place!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 10, 2013

My family just stayed here (2 adults and 2 kids) for one night. We thought the whole experience was just fabulous and wish we could have stayed longer! The rooms are lovely, well-decorated and tasteful with comfy beds. And our room had a gigantic and wonderful terrace - too bad it was pouring rain so we couldn't use it! The breakfast is very good, although the dining area a bit small to accommodate everyone during the height of breakfast rush hour. The staff are so very friendly and helpful, jumping up to assist you with every possible need and giving food advice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it is really great!

Our stay at Art Boutique Hotel in Hanoi this July was very pleasant. Dropping in very late after a journey of 34 hours, we were welcomed by the very friendly staff. After getting a welcome-drink and fruit, we were helped to our room. The room was tidy and interior is very trendy. Beds were comfy. What really makes this place a good pick though are the sincerely friendly and helpful employees! They helped us with every request and advised on tours and supported with making plans for the holidays. When my girlfriend wasn't feeling that great because of a jetlag, the staff were sincerely concerned with her and offered her ginger tea.
The great customer service was even apparent after our stay. In response to our feedback we filled in after leaving the Art Hotel, we received a rather extensive e-mail. And not a standard auto-reply, but a sincere e-mail with detailed reaction on the feedback we provided. This truly is putting the customer's needs first! Keep up the good work guys, we are happy to recommend you to anyone who's looking for a great first stay in Vietnam/Hanoi after a long flight.

I struggle to fault this fabulous little hotel! The staff were above and beyond in every way, they were just wonderfully friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and included in the price. Our room was very small, but clean and lovely anyway, and we barely spent any time in there to be fair. Free airport transfer was a lovely little icing on the sweet cupcake that is this hotel. The restaurant next door Bun Bo Nam Bo was the best bowl of noodles I had in Vietnam. The wifi is fast and everywhere in the hotel. Great stay, recommend +++, would definitely stay again!

Greeted by a friendly face, fresh fruit, and a juice and a cold towel.

Our bags taken to our room as we were checked in. The room was cozy, a good size bed, air con that worked well ( the best we had) and it was quiet in the middle of the busy streets, with working wifi. The bed was comfortable which we welcomed. We stayed in two rooms while we were there, although not the most "luxurious" room in some people's eyes we had a lovely stay with small additions by the staff making our stay excellent.

Good advice about tours that we could book onto and the offer of our bags kept with them over night. It was the small things that made our stay great like the knock on the door when you come in at night for a complimentary yoghurt and the brolly in the room. We loved the breakfast free water and thought this was extremely good value.

The staff seemed to really care about your stay. Whilst I as there I carelessly lefty my camera on a bus ( on a tour). The staff ( sorry I forget names) hunted down the bus driver and organised delivery of my camera ( otherwise all my photos lost) they even offered to drop it off to the next hotel we stayed at.

We split our stay in Hanoi with another hotel and we wished we and just stayed there both times. I would recommend this hotel to others, we also stayed in a hotel hat was rated highest in the city and found this was a more pleasurable stay here at art boutique, I would stay again!

This is a great little hotel with good breakfast and wifi and plenty of dining options near by. We stayed in 3 different rooms and all were a good size and nicely presented. Staff organised our trips to Sa Pa (including getting us to and from the overnight train), Ha Long Bay, airport transfers, washing and even ordered and delivered our dinner a delicious bun bo (a must have) from next door. The service was outstanding and the staff were a delight.

Room Tip: The rooms at the back end of each floor of the hotel are very quiet. The middle rooms are also quie...

There were 3 of us traveling and I was happy that they gave us a "big" room (Vietnam standard) with 2 queen-size beds and a terrace. It is quite amazing how they can efficiently maximize the space. The room was generally clean, the beddings and towels were clean and smelled good. Breakfast was superb with excellent coffee. The staff did not hesitate to provide information about the kind of coffee it was and where to buy it. The only 2 reasons why I did not give an excellent rating was first, I booked for 3 consecutive nights which should include airport pick-up but nobody picked us up. And we arrived half past midnight. Although it was partly my fault because I was not able to update them of my exact flight details and to confirm the airport transfer, they should have followed through after booking confirmation as an SOP. As a consolation, they paid for the taxi that we took from the airport. The second reason is, I noted that there is no fire escape from our floor. The only way to get out of the hotel building was through the narrow stairs, next to the elevator. If there is a fire somewhere near it (God forbid), there is no way to escape but to jump out from the 5th floor! Nevertheless, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and service.

Room Tip: One needs to be very specific in making arrangements for airport transfers and other special request...
