“Wowed by what the name of the cafe literally means”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 29, 2014

This place is plastered wall to ceiling with post-it notes as what the name of the cafe literally means. Besides the surprising decor the place is very cosy as they make use of every square inch of space to create space for patrons. The midget sized stairwells can prove to be a challenge for taller people. The coffee is good and I like the cakes too! While in the cafe, take some time to read the interesting notes and leave your thoughts on one of the thousand notes as well

“SO SUPER CUTE!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 21, 2014

This was a real find!! I had searched on trip advisor of a place to get coffee close to uor hotel, this is one of my favourite places of our whole trip!!!

The cutest little coffee shop ever. i highly recommend a quick stop in here, we sat on a little ledge over hanging the shop on the second floor we had a great view of the hussle and bustle outside and enjoyed reading all the messages from around the world, of course left our own notes too!

Would definitely go back!

“Beautiful Cafe, awesome coffee”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2014

My friends and I came here twice during our stay in Hanoi. The coffee was fantastic-it was nice to have a break from the Vietnamese coffee and get a cappucino. The atmosphere in this place is adorable-the whole building is covered in sticky notes on the inside and there are piles of notes and pens to write more. We could have spent hours in here reading all the notes from fellow travellers! A small cappucino was 35,000VND, they also do a mean chocolate cake for about 40,000VND. Staff were lovely and friendly. If you're not too tall, I'd reccommend sitting upstairs on the dollhouse sized balcony. It's great to sit and watch the traffic go by, you can also see Hoan Kiem lake from there too.

Simply excellent! Very good, Italian type espresso doppio, and very friendly staff! Been there three times a day.

“Funky little place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2014

We got taken here by our Hanoi Kids guide (it's her favourite café). The drinks we had were delicious (coffee, smoothies, mint chocolate thing) but the experience is in the upstairs area. It's tiny - I'm 175cm (5 foot 10) and there was no way I was standing up straight anywhere upstairs! There are even tiny (and I mean tiny if you are a westerner!) little seats/benches where you can sit looking out at Hoan Kiem Lake traffic - it could be called a balcony but it's not really big enough!! If you're tall, you might have your knees around your ears! The other part of the experience (and the reason for the name) is you get post-it like notes with your drinks/food and you write a message to someone on the note and 'post' it on anything in the café - literally anywhere - walls, ceiling, pot plants, tables, chairs!!
