I've just had a relaxed lunch in this comfortable cafe. It was fairly easy to find down a side street and has comfortable arms chairs and more traditional cafe tables on ground and first floors. Lots of noticeboards advertising events and classes, and some second-hand books for sale. Service was quick and friendly. I had the daily special (wherever you go, i find it good to go for the special if it sounds ok, as it will probably be fresher and the chef will be more interested in it rather the the dishes served every day). Today was a tofu burger, slices of mango on top, baked sweet potato and courgettes on the side. Delicious. 110,000 dong, so not cheap compared with local Vietnamese restaurants but compares well with those catering for westerners (while i was there, there was a mix of expats and young Vietnamese eating there). Much much better than the Tamarind, for example, which probably caters for a similar crowd. Highly recommended.
