“Wonderful!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

This hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious. Additionally, the staff went out of their way to help us book tours, recommend restaurants, and modify our reservations. I would stay here in the future.

Very welcoming English speaking staff, rooms clean and good toiletries as we had lost our bags. Very accomadating with keeping our bags when we went on two day tour and provided shower facilities after we returned. Highly recommend this hotel , close to everything, great service. Would definitely stay again !

This boutique hotel hidden in a quite lane in the Old Quarters is great! It is close to all attractions and yet is away from the busy traffic. The place is clean. The rooms are well fitted. The bed is comfortable. Most of all, the staff are forever cheery and helpful.
A bonus is that the Vietnamese food served in the hotel restaurant is better than many other places in town.

We enjoyed this hotel in Hanoi. It is a bit out of the way from the main areas, which is good if you have kids and don't want to be in the middle of the traffic. It was a bit of a walk or taxi ride to get to any of the Hanoi sites. Overall a great hotel for a good price.

Awesome location in the old quarter but quieter location. Walking distance to military museum and a bit further to the Hoh Chi Min complex. Excellent service from staff and the food which ranged from Vietnamese to Western was faultless. The spa was attentive and good value. The Hotel let us store our bags when we visited Hal Long Bay and returned two days later.

Room Tip: Ask for a city view for a small balcony and window.

It was ridiculously hot inside the room when we checked in. One major complaint was that they only provide you with 1 key card so if you stepped out, you had to remove the card from the slot that operates the A/C. Either that, or you can leave it in, and have a staff come up to your room each time to open the door for you. This was quite an inconvenience. It rained hard one night and the drain in the bathroom backed up (we were on the 7th floor!), which caused a horrible sewage smell in the bathroom. That mostly cleared up the following day. In any case, that bathroom was a sauna, even with the A/C on full blast in the room.
Aside from that, the hotel is conveniently located. The price is decent. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is adequate.
