Excellent value for money. I had an airport transfer who was waiting for me(unlike another hotel I stayed at in Hanoi on the same trip) the room was lovely except there was no view, it looked onto a wall so I couldn't see if it was raining or night or day. The wifi was a bit sketchy in the room but it had a PC which I used so not a problem. I used the wifi in the lobby and every time I sat down they gave me free tea! A very nice touch. The breakfast was very good. The location great right in the middle of things, but very quiet in my room. The service was excellent from all people and the man on the front desk was very helpful in explaining how to get around and avoid taxi rip offs. I am a middle aged solo business man looking type so an easy target I think! But I had no problems. The only slight downside was that one reason I chose this hotel was the roof top bar, pool, view etc.. And unluckily for me it was being renovated during my stay so closed.
