This was by far one of my top hotels I have stayed at. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and well appointed.
Starting off with the check-in. The check-in was a bit slow as I got stuck behind a tour group, and they only had one person working the front counter, seems the other person was in training. They probably should have had two, would have saved me 10 minutes or so. The check-in was very personalized though, and had a good conversation with the reception.
The room itself was more than I expected. The bed is sooooo comfortable, it was probably one of the best I have ever slept in. I love that its high off the ground, but you also sink into it making for a wonderful nights sleep. I stayed in one of the suites and the TV at the end of the bed which you could adjust with a remote was a great touch.
The restaurants were good. The service was almost perfect, lots of interaction with the wait staff. They were thoroughly interested in talking about my trip and my plans. The only criticism I have is the time between dishes was a bit long, and getting the bill took too long as well.
The internet throughout the hotel worked OK, but could be stronger. My devices kept dropping signals unless I was in the right part of the room.
The transportation to and from the airport was very comfortable in the hotel Mercedes, and if you don't mind spending a few extra dollars is worth the peace of mind. I was actually surprised they waited for me as my flight was almost an hour late.
Overall, I would definitely come back as well as suggest a friend to stay here.
Suites are worth the extra 70 bucks a night, you get a separate living room, two TV's and upgrad...

Thanks also for highlighting the bed which is one of our main features that you cannot find anywhere else in Hanoi. I'm so sorry to hear that you had to wait a bit long for the dishes at the restaurants, our team always try to make every guests' meal a memorable one so it might take a bit longer. I'm glad that you mentioned about the wifi signal as we're finding all the weak spots so that improvement can be made.
