“Superb stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2012

I've been in Hanoi for few days. This hotel has helped me a lot in booking for Halong Bay trip and also my Sapa trip. Their arrangement was perfect. Timing was perfect. When I first entered this boutique hotel, I was thinking such a small hotel and there is no lift to be seen. Once stepped into the room, the word WOW just pop out. The room is so clean, the toilet is super clean with nice smell of fresh flowers. They provide laptop for easy access to Internet. They provide 4comfy pillows. And they provide great movie from their external hard disk. Their staff are very friendly. They greet everyone they see. In terms of direction given, they really try their best to explain and direct. One thing for sure to try is their breakfast. Omelette, pouched egg, toast, croissant, coffee, tea, pancake, cereal, juices is super delicious and fresh. If I were to visit Hanoi again, without thinking twice, I will choose to stay back at this hotel.

I stayed several nights at the Hanoi Elite Hotel and found the place perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped and the breakfast was very good. The location is amazing for exploring Hanoi. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to Hanoi. Highly recommended.

This hotel was the perfect start to our trip in Vietnam! The staff are fantastic and have done anything asked of them. This chain of hotels here has it all day spa, great eats and lovely hotels. Best to stay at a sister property if you can't climb stairs easy. We are on top floor 6 flights of stairs didn't bother us though. No lifts here.

The hotel is in the ideal location for exploring Hanoi. Down a little lane & away from the busy Hanoi streets.
Breakfast was cooked to order & everything we had was excellent.
The room was average size but as others have wrote it has everything else you need & I'm sure even if it doesn't have it the staff will sort it out for you.
The staff gave us the best service we've ever had in a hotel, mr trang & ms ruby were excellent. These guys really made the hotel the 5*. Keep up the great service.

What a fantastic hotel. The staff are what made it! Mr.Thang, Ms.Ha and all of their colleagues made for a very enjoyable stay with incredible service. From organising tours and transfers, to storing our baggage, to allowing us to shower on a day we weren't even booked in not to mention the wonderful, fully equipped rooms. The breakfast was great, the location was great, the air conditioning was awesome! The thing that did it for me was that they remembered our names, all seven of us. We came and went on tours to both Harlong Bay and Sapa but each time we got back, we were greeted personally! Great work guys!

Room Tip: There isn't an elevator, so if you don't like stairs, don't get a room on the 6th floor!

We stayed at Hanoi Elite on 30 August for 4 nights based on trip advisor reviews and we were not disappointed. The hotel is in a great location in a quiet lane and our room on the fifth floor was clean, bright and very comfortable and everything we needed during our stay was readily available. The daily breakfast had a variety of options and was great way to start each day. Thang and the other staff were extremely friendly and helpful and did everything to make our stay hassle free including tips on Hanoi and liaising with our tour operator in Hanoi when we had issues with our flights. They were also very accommodating and allowed us to borrow a pillow for our trip to Halong Bay. Thank you for making our stay memorable ... we will definitely be back!

When I first looked at hotels in Hanoi, most reviews all sounded positive for the many hotels in Hanoi. However, the positivity I came to find often reflected the service and not necessarily the quality of the accommodation. This is the second hotel I stayed in on my trip in Hanoi and both places had great, very friendly and helpful service. What makes this hotel different is the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Only two rooms per floor, both with windows, which set it apart from the last hotel, a computer, spacious bathroom and bedroom, and silence makes this one of the best, most valuable stays I have had.
