We've stayed 4 nights at Rendezvous and it was very good. Rooms are spacious, with TV, comfy bed, good bathroom with great shower and simple amenities and hairdryer, which was great. The rooms with balcony have some light and can be a bit noisy (hanoi is noisy) but less than I thought. The rooms on the back are quiet but don't have windows (they have, but it faces a wall). So, these rooms are a little bit dark.
Internet was working, they also have computers and printer for common use. Restaurant was ok, breakfast was good, we had diner one night and the food was ok. One thing I loved about them is that they offered a map and lot of tips about Hanoi, like where to eat the best street food. The place is very well located!
The staff is very helpful, most of them speak good english and they arranged cabs and train tickets or us and it was well priced and worked very well. I highly recommend this place if you're travelling on a budget.
