“nice and cheap place to stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 31, 2013

I spent 3 nights there and I got a nice room to stay, big and compfortable bed, good aircon, tv, good toilet, and the most important, everything was clean. Wifi worked all time in my room.
Very good location and friendly and helpful staff.

The beds and bathrooms were alright, but the service was terrible. The staff deactivated the air conditioning in our room each night and we had to argue with them to turn it back on every day. When we asked if we could leave our bags behind reception for a couple of hours after check out we were shouted at. There are better options in Hanoi.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2012 via mobile

This was the first hotel on our 4 week holiday. Afterwards this also was one of the best, especially the price combined with the superb location!! Also the staff was very friendly and they managed to book us 2 good trips to Sapa and Halongbay! The rooms are basic but we had a good sleep. We where out all day on sightseeing! Would recommend it for everybody.

3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 20, 2010 via mobile

Stayed for a night at 250000dong, with quite a large 2person bed. The receptionist was quite friendly, and gave us a fan when we asked for one. But in our room, the washroom was really poor, it was a section of the room blocked by plastic doors on a small raised concrete area. The shower is connected to the tap, and the flush on the toilet didnt work properly. The tv wasnt working either. The room is kinda gloomy, but otherwise looks clean. Had wanted to stay at a 20dollars hotel, the extra 7.5 would probably have been worth it.
