“You get what you pay for”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 8, 2014

Obviously despite the name this is not a "Four season" hotel. It just has the same name.
Perfectly described by its prices. You won't find anything more or anything less than what you expect for the fee. Breakfast is minimalistic but typical (you'd better choose the vietnamese one instead of the european one which is very poorly prepared), rooms bathroom may stink from drainage but air conditioned works and internet connection work.

3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 27, 2014

We stayed there for two nights. We picked the hotel based on some very positive reviews, which were rather misleading. You get what you pay for - the hotel is very basic. Our room was small, with broken wardrobe and a window facing a staircase. It was very damp and noisy. Breakfast was really poor - no choice (greasy omlet and a piece of bread). The wifi actually belongs to the hotel next door, which they tried to hide by entering the password for us. On a positive note, the place is very well located, just a short walk from the hart of the old district. The staff were friendly and the laundry service was good. However, we experienced many better hotels within the same price range.

Spent a couple of nights here and were very happy with the hotel, rooms are very large and clean and the staff are really helpful.
We managed to get a deal on bed and breakfast which meant it was great value for us. It doesn't take long to walk to the action - check out Bia Hoi corner in the old quarter!

The only negative was that we were woken by the cleaning staff early in the morning, it sounded like they were arguing with each other.

If you want to have good value for your money and at the same time be close to "everything" in Hanoi you should stay here. Great rooms, great staff and a nice breakfast.
The street is quiet and without pressure from salespersons.
